Reservation Modifications: Any changes to the project scope, timelines, or specifications must be communicated and agreed upon at least 7 days in advance. We reserve the right to adjust deadlines and costs based on the requested changes. Cancellations and Refunds: If you cancel the project before development begins, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be issued if the cancellation occurs after development has started. If we cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. Delivery Timelines: Delivery dates will be set during the planning phase and depend on the project's complexity. We will adhere to the agreed deadlines, provided the client meets payment terms and supplies necessary materials on time.
